Forest Area won the D division with team members Adrienne Rauch, with her Morgan Strut 'N Fanita, and Liz Mero, with her Arabian MSU How Bizarre.

Rauch placed first in Saddle Seat, Fitting and Showing; second in Saddle Seat Pattern, Hunt Seat Equitation, English Bare Back and Western Equitation; third in Saddle Seat Equitation; fourth in Western Bare Back; fifth in Western Riding; and eighth in the Relay Race. Her accumulated points earned her second place for high point rider of the day.

Mero earned fourth in Hunt Seat Equitation; fifth in Saddle Seat Equitation; and eighth in the Relay Race.

"Liz and Adrienne worked hard at practices and that showed at the meet. They did a great job," stated Forest Area equestrian coach Jayne Cook.
