Gladys is survived by one daughter, Verna (Mike) Wooden of Onsted, Mich.; two sons, Jerry (Janice) Sherlock of Chatsworth, Ga., and Darwyn Sherlock of Cleveland, Tenn.; one sister Blanche Barron of Lake City, Mich.; 10 grandchildren, Terry Elliott of Chatsworth, Ga., Treasa (Tom) Paquin of St. Ignace, Mich., Bill Elliott of Addison, Mich., ÊScott Sherlock of Chatsworth, Ga., Shane (Jennifer) Sherlock of Chatsworth, Ga., Darwyn Sherlock, Orval Sherlock, Heather (George) Connett of Onsted, Mich., ÊRachel (Luke) Rocco of Butte, Mont., and Erin (Colin) Dressel of Adrian, Mich.; 18 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents and one granddaughter, Tanya Sue Elliott.

ÊÊÊ Gladys has donated her body to the University of Michigan Medical School. A gathering for her family and friends will be held on Wednesday, May 7, 2008, from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Onsted American Legion.
