He was preceded in death by brother, Phil and parents.

Everett was a family man; he especially loved spending time with his wife. He had a passion for flying and was a fan of John Wayne movies. He was the commander of American Legion Post No 219 Fife Lake from 1984-85 and 1991-92 and a lifetime member as well. He was also a member of Moose Lodge No. 531 in Cadillac, Aircraft Owner & Pilots Association and the Michigan SheriffÕs Association.

Everett retired from Gosling-Czubak as an engineer.

Funeral service was held on Saturday, Feb. 24 at the Kingsley Chapel of Covell Funeral Homes with Pastor Linda Bridson officiating. Memorial contributions may be directed to the American Cancer Society or Munson Hospice.

The Benzonia Chapel of McElduff-Jowett Funeral Homes & Cremation Service handled the arrangements.
