Jeanette is survived by her children, Lanette Vipond, Larry Vipond and Lorrie Gowen all of Kalkaska; siblings, Gordon Van Den Hout of Sparta and Joan Bartell of Traverse City; and four grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Clinton; her parents; and her siblings, Joyce Van Den Hout and Jim Van Den Hout. Jeanette was a graduate from Kalkaska High School. She and her husband, Clinton, were past owners of the Vipond Apartments. Jeanette was always a hard worker and loved gardening and landscaping.Ê She was great mother and a devoted grandmother.

Funeral services were held Feb. 15 at the Wolfe-OÕNeill Funeral Home with Reverend Dan Johnson of the Kalkaska Church of Christ officiating. Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery in the spring.

Memorials may be given in JeanetteÕs memory to the AlzheimerÕs Foundation.
